I was born and raised in San Jose, California. After graduating high school, I moved to San Francisco to pursue a degree in Kinesiology. While at San Francisco State University, I volunteered at various hospitals and non-profit organizations around the Bay Area. It was there that I grew a passion and love for helping people and knew that I wanted to want to become a chiropractor so that I could not only treat people to provide pain relief but inspire change and improving the health of my patients. After graduating in the fall of 2012, I moved back to San Jose to pursue my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Palmer West Chiropractic College. During the four years of an intense chiropractic school, I received additional training specific to chiropractic care for pregnancy, pediatric, geratrics, nutrition, functional taping, and treating sports injuries. I am trained in the different techniques; such as, Activator, Drop, Diversified, Sacro-Occipital Technique and Extremity adjusting, Dr. Bravo is also certified in Webster technique, Gavilan, and Rocktape FMT 1 &2. After Graduating chiropractic school, I married my High School Sweetheart and moved to Yuma Arizona to be with my husband who is an active duty for the Untied States Marine Corps. I am very excited to be able to provide chiropractic care to community of Yuma and inspire people to be active in their own health.
